Service Description

Practical consultancy for schools seeking to strengthen SEND provision, develop inclusive practice and respond effectively to the needs of individual pupils. Support may include SEND provision reviews, strategic planning, advice for SENDCos and school leaders, staff training and guidance on reasonable adjustments and inclusive classroom practice. I can also assist with reviewing SEND documentation, identifying priorities for improvement and developing clear action plans, referral processes and supporting paperwork. Engagements are tailored to the school's context, priorities and available resources.
