Service Description
Navigating referrals, forms and supporting evidence can be difficult when you are already trying to understand and meet a child's needs. This service helps parents organise information, communicate concerns clearly and understand the steps involved in seeking further support. Depending on your circumstances, this may include help preparing referral information, structuring a written account of concerns, collating relevant reports, preparing for professional appointments and understanding the purpose of different assessment or support pathways. This support can be booked as a focused piece of work or incorporated into a wider parent consultation, SEND review or EBSA engagement. Referral acceptance and assessment decisions remain with the relevant service. Fee: agreed individually according to the paperwork and support required
